Questions about a guide, corrections, and inquiries about financial education services. Please read what we can and cannot help with first, because it saves you waiting on an answer we are not able to give.
If a guide was unclear or left out something obvious, we would rather know.
Factual errors, broken links, outdated material. Tell us the page and the claim. See our editorial standards.

Not reluctance. These are things nobody can responsibly do from the outside, and a confident answer would be worth less than no answer.
We cannot verify this, and anyone who says they can is overstating what is possible. Our red flags guide gives you the patterns to judge it yourself.
We do not offer recovery and we cannot refer you to anyone who does. Recovery services are themselves a common follow-up scam aimed at people who have already lost money.
No recommendations, no predictions, no portfolio reviews.
We are none of those things. Those questions need a qualified, licensed professional who knows your circumstances.
Contact the provider directly, through an address you look up yourself rather than one sent to you.
Please do not wait on a reply from us. Reporting goes to the official channels listed in our crypto scams guide, which is faster and far more useful than anything we can offer.
Be careful who you talk to next. People who have just lost money are actively targeted by recovery scams. Anyone who contacts you offering to get your funds back, especially for an upfront fee, is almost certainly running a second scam.
Not in this form, not by email, not over the phone, and not to anybody else who asks.
We will never ask for any of these. If a message appears to come from us and asks for one, it is not from us. Nothing we do requires them.
The form on this page reaches us directly and is the quickest route for most questions.
For financial education services from the company behind this site.
Please include the page you are asking about, if there is one.
Thank you, there. Your message has reached us, and the reply will go to .
We read everything ourselves, so a reply may take a day or two rather than arriving instantly.
A reminder while you wait: we will never ask you for a recovery phrase, a private key, a password, or your Social Security number. If a message claiming to be from us ever does, it is not from us.
Before you write
No, and we would be misleading you if we tried. Legitimacy cannot be verified from the outside, and operations designed to look credible are good at looking credible.
What helps more is knowing the patterns. Our red flags guide covers the pressure tactics and structural signs that show up almost every time, which lets you judge it yourself rather than waiting on an opinion.
We cannot, and we will not refer you to anyone who claims they can. Recovery services targeting people who have already been defrauded are themselves one of the most common follow-up scams.
Reporting through official channels is the right first step. The relevant agencies are listed in our scams guide. Please treat any unsolicited offer of help with real suspicion.
No. We do not make recommendations, predict prices or review portfolios, and that applies to messages as much as to published articles.
The site exists so that you can make those decisions with a clear understanding of the risks, or decide that crypto is not for you at all. Both are legitimate outcomes.
You will get a reply to what you asked. The consent checkbox covers contact about your message, and you can ask to be removed at any time.
Ninja Credit Consultants LLC does offer financial education services, which is stated openly on the about page, but a question about a guide is treated as a question about a guide.
Use the form and choose "Reporting an error". Specifics help: the page, the claim, and what you believe is correct.
Confirmed errors are corrected promptly and significant corrections are noted on the page rather than quietly edited away, as set out in our editorial standards.
Ask first, through the form, choosing "Media, speaking or partnership". Tell us what you want to use and where it would appear.
We are generally glad for educational material to travel, provided it is attributed and not altered in ways that change its meaning, particularly around risk.
