The short version
We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not give it to data brokers or to any company for their own purposes. The only outside parties that handle it are the service providers running the tools this site uses, acting on our instructions, plus any disclosure the law requires of us.
Nothing is sold on this site, so no payment details, card numbers or billing information are ever collected. You get everything here without giving us anything. If you choose to contact us, we collect what you type and nothing more.
We will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys, passwords, account credentials or Social Security number, and no form on this site has a field for any of them.
1. Who we are
This site is owned and operated by Ninja Credit Consultants LLC, which is the party responsible for the information described here. The site is built and hosted on a platform provided by I Ninja LLC, credited in the footer of every page.
For anything in this policy, including a request about your own information, write to [email protected]. No telephone number is published anywhere on this site, which is deliberate.
2. What you give us, and only if you choose to
You can read every page on this site without submitting anything. There are four ways to get in touch, and each one collects something different.
The contact form
The form on the contact page collects exactly
these visible fields: first name,
email address, phone number (optional),
what this is about chosen from a short list, and
your message. Submitting requires ticking a consent box
confirming we may reply.
The checklist request
The Financial Readiness
Checklist form collects first name,
email address and phone number (optional),
with a consent box covering the checklist itself and occasional
educational email. The checklist is a worksheet you fill in yourself.
You do not send us your answers, and we never see
them.
The chat widget
When the chat widget is enabled, a conversation you start creates a record of the messages exchanged, together with whatever contact detail you provide in it. Our chat provider processes this on our behalf. Treat chat as you would any message: do not type anything into it you would not put in an email, and never put a seed phrase, key, password or Social Security number into it. We would never ask.
Booking a call
If you book a call through our scheduling link, the booking is handled by our scheduling provider and collects the details needed to arrange it, typically your name, email address and chosen time, plus anything you add in the notes. That booking record is processed on our behalf for the purpose of holding the call.
If you email us directly, we have whatever you send and the message sits in our mailbox with our email provider.
The hidden fields, disclosed
Both forms also submit a set of fields you do not see. Most sites
do this and do not mention it, so here they are:
source_domain, original_landing_page,
utm_source, utm_medium,
utm_campaign, interest_topic,
lead_magnet, buyer_type,
lifecycle_stage, contact_preference,
conversation_intent and
consent_timestamp.
They record which page you came from, which link brought you to the site, which form you used, and the moment you gave consent. They exist so an enquiry can be answered in context and so consent is evidenced. None of them contains anything you did not either type or arrive with.
There is also a field labelled "Do not fill this in", hidden from normal use. It is a spam trap: automated submissions fill it, people do not, which lets us discard bot traffic. If you are using a screen reader and encounter it, leaving it empty is correct.
3. What is collected automatically
Two things happen without anyone choosing them, and it is worth being accurate about both.
Server logs. Like essentially every website, the hosting platform records technical details of requests: an IP address, the browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page, and a timestamp. This is standard operational logging used to serve pages, keep the site available and investigate abuse. It is not used to build a profile of you.
Google Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics to measure how pages are used. It sets cookies in your browser and records things like which pages were opened, which links were clicked, your device and browser type, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address, usually no more precise than a city or region. It also assigns a random identifier to your browser so that several visits can be counted as one visitor rather than several people.
What we actually see in Google Analytics is totals: pages, events, devices, approximate locations. It does not tell us who you are, and your IP address is not shown to us in its reports. We do not combine it with your name or email, and we do not use it to build advertising audiences. Google processes this data under its own terms, which we do not control, and you can opt out of it entirely using the link further down this page.
Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools. These are a different kind of thing and worth separating out, because policies often lump them in with analytics. They report on the site rather than on visitors: which search terms showed our pages, how many people clicked, and whether any page has a technical problem. They show us totals and never individuals, and they do not place cookies on your device through this site.
One specific commitment on this: the site never adds our campaign parameters to links leaving the site. Links to government agencies, nonprofits and other outside sites carry no tracking from us, which is checked rather than assumed.
4. What we never collect
This matters more than usual on a site about crypto fraud, because these are exactly the things fraudsters ask for while pretending to be a company like this one.
No form, chat or email from us will ever ask for
- A seed phrase, recovery phrase or private key
- A wallet address, wallet password or wallet access
- Your Social Security number
- Bank, card or exchange account credentials
- Account balances, holdings or investment values
- Payment details, because nothing is sold here
What this means in practice
- No field for any of it exists on any form
- Anyone asking for it in our name is not us
- If you send it anyway, we will delete it rather than keep it
- No credit check is run, and no credit report is pulled, by this site
5. Why we use it
Every use falls into one of these. We do not use your information for anything outside this table.
| Information | Why it is used |
|---|---|
| Name and email | To reply to you, to send the checklist you asked for, and to send educational email if you ticked that box. |
| Phone number, if you give one | Only to reach you about your own enquiry, and only if you provided it. It is optional on every form. |
| Your message or chat | To understand and answer the question you asked. |
| Booking details | To hold the call you scheduled. |
| Hidden form fields | To answer an enquiry in context, to know which form or guide it came from, and to evidence when consent was given. |
| Server logs | To serve pages, keep the site running, and investigate abuse or attacks. |
| Page event data | To see which guides are read and which are ignored, so the site can be improved. Not tied to your identity. |
Scroll the table sideways to see both columns.
What we do not do with any of it: build advertising profiles, run targeted advertising, score or categorise you for anybody else, or make any automated decision that affects you. No credit decision, lending decision or eligibility decision is made here, because this site does not make those decisions at all.
6. Who handles it
This is the section most people actually want, so it is stated as directly as possible.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not rent, trade or supply it to data brokers, advertising networks, list builders, lead buyers, or any other company for that company's own purposes. We have never done so and this policy would have to change before we could.
Service providers. Running a website means some companies handle the data in order to operate the tools it uses. For this site that means the hosting platform, our email provider, the chat provider when chat is enabled, the scheduling provider if you book a call, and Google for Google Analytics and Google Search Console. They receive only what is needed to perform that function, they act on our instructions, and they are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. That is a service provider relationship, not selling or sharing.
Search tools. Google Search Console and Microsoft's Bing Webmaster Tools receive information about the site's performance in search results rather than information about you. Google and Microsoft each handle what they collect under their own privacy terms, which we do not control and cannot change on your behalf.
When the law requires it. We may disclose information if we are legally required to, for example in response to a valid subpoena, court order or lawful request from a government authority, or where it is necessary to protect someone's safety or to investigate fraud against us. We will not volunteer your information outside of that.
If the business changes hands. If Ninja Credit Consultants LLC were sold, merged or reorganised, information could transfer as part of that business. Any successor would be bound by this policy for information collected under it, or you would be told before anything changed.
7. Cookies and similar technology
A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser. The categories relevant here are:
- Strictly necessary. Set by the hosting platform so pages load, forms submit and security works. The site cannot function without these.
- Functional. Set by the chat widget or the scheduling tool when you use them, for example to remember an open conversation.
- Analytics. Set by Google Analytics, which this site uses. They let it tell a returning browser from a new one so visits are counted correctly.
- Advertising. None. This site runs no advertising, sells no advertising space, and sets no advertising or retargeting cookies. Google Analytics is used for measurement only, not to build advertising audiences.
How to switch analytics off
Three ways, all of which we are fine with: block or delete cookies in your browser settings, turn on your browser's tracking protection, or install Google's own Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, which stops Google Analytics on every site you visit, not just this one.
Everything on this site works normally with analytics blocked. Nothing is gated, nothing is measured that we need in order to answer you, and we would rather you read the guides than show up in a chart.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the reading parts of this site will still work. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop forms from submitting.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. There is no agreed industry standard for responding to browser Do Not Track signals, so like most sites we do not claim to act on it. Since this site does not sell or share personal information for advertising, there is nothing here for a Global Privacy Control signal to opt you out of.
8. How long it is kept
Enquiries and bookings are kept while they are useful for the purpose they were collected for, and for a reasonable period afterwards so a conversation has a history and consent can be evidenced. Email you sent us stays in the mailbox unless you ask for it to be removed. Server logs are kept on the hosting platform's own rotation.
You can short-circuit all of that by asking. If you want your information deleted, write to [email protected] and it will be deleted, except anything we are required to keep by law.
9. Your choices and your rights
Whatever state you are in, you can ask us for these and we will action them. You do not need to cite a statute, and we will not ask you to justify the request.
- A copy of what we hold about you
- Correction of anything inaccurate
- Deletion of what we hold, subject to anything the law requires us to keep
- To stop email, either by using the unsubscribe link in any educational email or by asking us
- To stop contact altogether, which we will record so it is not restarted
Send any of these to [email protected], or use the contact page and choose "A privacy or data request" as the topic so it is routed correctly. We will respond within the time the applicable law allows, and sooner where we can.
Depending on where you live, state privacy law may give you formal versions of these rights, including the right to know what is collected, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of sale or sharing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Since we do not sell or share personal information, there is no sale or sharing to opt out of. We will not treat you differently for making any request.
If you are in California
Ninja Credit Consultants LLC is based in California, so California law is the backdrop to all of this. Two points it specifically asks us to address:
Shine the Light. California Civil Code section 1798.83 lets California residents ask a business once a year for a list of the personal information it disclosed to third parties for those parties' own direct marketing purposes. Our answer is that we disclosed none, because we do not do that at all. You are still welcome to ask, at the email address above, and you will get that answer in writing.
Do Not Track. California law requires a site to say how it responds to browser Do Not Track signals. Ours is in section 7: there is no agreed standard for honouring it, so we do not claim to act on it, and because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising there is nothing here to opt out of.
One thing worth saying plainly: the rights listed above are offered to anyone who asks, wherever they live. We did not want a policy that grants them only to residents of states whose laws compel it.
Verifying a request
To protect you, we may need to confirm a request genuinely comes from you before acting on it, usually by replying to the email address already on record. We will never ask for a Social Security number, a copy of an identity document, a password or any wallet detail to verify a privacy request. Anyone doing that in our name is not us.
10. Security, children and other sites
Security. The site is served over an encrypted connection, access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it, and the forms do not collect the categories of data that make a breach serious. Being honest about the limit: no website or company can promise perfect security, and anyone who does is overstating it. What we can say is that we hold as little as possible, which is the most effective protection available.
Children. This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and it will be deleted.
Other sites. This site links to third parties, mainly government agencies and nonprofits. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control and are not responsible for. A link is not an endorsement of a privacy policy we did not write.
Where this applies. This site is operated from the United States and written for readers there. If you use it from elsewhere, information will be handled in the United States under this policy and under US law.
11. Changes, and how to reach us
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be reflected there rather than made quietly, and the section on who handles your information will never be loosened without the date changing first.
Questions, requests and corrections all go to the same place:
- Email: [email protected]
- Form: the contact page, choosing "A privacy or data request"
- Operator: Ninja Credit Consultants LLC

One thing this page is not
This is a description of how this site handles information, written by its operator. It is not legal advice to you and creates no professional relationship. If you need to know how privacy law applies to your own situation, that is a question for your own attorney.
